Each unit has dedicated parking plus the flexibility of the lower parking lot with 4 spots along the granite blocks facing the marsh and 2 guest spots facing the tall pine tree.

1. Maine House: Gravel Spot in front of the yard gate on Pump Street.

2. Ramp: Front paved spot right next to the ramp entry on Pump Street.

3. Perch: Basement indoor garage (please do not block).

4. Schoolhouse: Gravel side spot plus visitor spot.
