Solar Panels

With a total area near 5,000 sq. ft. there's a lot to heat and cool here! In late 2022 we added solar panels and heat pumps to reduce our reliance on the oil furnace. While the panels don't remove the cost of electricity, they have reduced it significantly and help us keep overall rents down as all utilities (heating, water/sewer, electricity, yard maintenance, plowing and Internet) are included for all units.
